My name is Marco, the owner of the hotel. I started working in this sector at 19 years old by accident, and from there started my love for this ambience, and immediately I wanted to categorize my hotel with the typical warm hospitality that represents the people from this region in Romagna. Giving the importance and value to our clients as people.

We offer great advantages that are ideal and practical for families, those who are passionate about sports, and for those who love to just relax and enjoy spa facilities. The convenience of our location is very desirable for people in the business world who are looking to be close to the fair and conference centres. The hotel was renovated in 2006 and every year we continue to renew and keep our hotel up to our clients standards.

Come ogni anno da ormai 12 anni vengo con mia moglie e mio figlio in vacanza in questo Hotel dove educazione professionalità gentilezza e amicizia la fanno da padrone e onestamente non capisco le recensioni negative sul mangiare, davvero notevole, sulla cordialità dello staff,impeccabile, e ho letto addirittura che in certi periodi viene sconsigliato di portare i bambini, che sono sempre al centro dell' attenzione di tutti i componenti dello staff.
Coloro che scrivono le recensioni negative hanno un interesse nello screditare un hotel che è sempre all'avanguardia in tutto e per tutto.

Ho intitolato la mia recensione "la casa dell'accoglienza" perchè è la sintesi della struttura. Ottima posizione, centralissima e fantastica l'accoglienza da parte di tutto la staff dell'albergo.

Difficilmente lascio recensioni ma qui è d’obbligo. Gentilezza , professionalità , accoglienza , pulizia , ottima cucina sono le cose che cerco e qui le ho trovate .

Non fatevi ingannare dall'ingresso simil-hotel di famiglia un po' confuso e forse un po' datato, le stanze sono nuovissime, molto curate, forse non grandissime ma veramente graziosa. Ma una cosa ha fatto tendere decisamente l'ago della bilancia sui 5 pallini: una SPA deliziosa, un percorso benessere che include bagno turco, sauna, doccia scozzese, stanza del sale, doccia tropicale, doccia con massaggio cervicale, ma una piscina con idromassaggio con una vetrata che da sull'orizzonte. Se come a noi è successo vi capitasse una bella giornata il tramonto risulta essere veramente una meraviglia.
